it's been amazing to see the interest among consumers, restaurants and bars alike for what we're working towards. the time is indeed right to bring in options of lower alcohol, low calorie options, with the low & no spirits category growing rapidly on a global scale.

our first product, kåska casual spirit, the 15% abv spruce and lemon botanical spirit has been awarded in international spirits competitions showcasing high quality. With kåska casual spirit you can create your favourite drinks, with just a third of the traditional amount of alcohol. mix it with kombucha or tonic, as you would a gin & tonic or try out our favourite kåska cocktails.

while we've been catering restaurants and bars, polishing our messaging and channels with kåska casual spirit, we've also developed a few new liquids that will see daylight during 2021. both prototypes has been getting very positive feedback from the industry.
