60 ml (6 cl) Kåska Casual Spirit
20 ml (2 cl) freshly pressed lemon juice
20 ml (2 cl) simple sugar syrup 1:1 ratio
1 tsp ripe avocado
1 fresh basil leaf
1 sugar pea pod
garnish: 1 sugar pea pod
highball or on the rocks
how to make one:
prepare the sugar pea pod by chopping it to fine chunks. bring out your shaker and measure the liquids and add the avocado, basil leaf and chopped sugar pea pod in there.
shake well for 20 seconds and fine strain into a highball or rocks glass with ice.
garnish with a sugar pea pod and enjoy!
