smål bitter glögi
a dark glögi with a touch of smål boosted aperitivo. sweet and christmassy with a smål bite of bitter.
ingredients:
10 ml (1 cl) smål boosted aperitivo
200 ml (20 cl) red glögi (alcohol free)*
orange peel
rosemary or dried cranberries for garnish

how to make one:
measure 200ml red glögi kettle, add orange peel. heat to boiling point and strain to a cup. add 10ml smål boosted aperitivo and garnish.
*ready made or mix berry juice with some sugar, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon & orange zest)
